Ken Andrus & Associates, Inc., was established in 1992 with the husband and wife team of Ken and Belinda Andrus. In 1997 they became affiliated with the Coldwell Banker national franchise and have since grown to be the largest real estate agency in Panola County.

Ken brings over 22 years of banking and savings & loan experience, while Belinda offers a background in securities. The firm handles all types of real estate including farms, ranches, lots, improved and unimproved land, and commercial properties, as well as residential homes. They are experienced and knowledgeable in FHA, VA and conventional financing.

Ken and Belinda are both actively involved in the community and know the area well. They are members of the Panola County Chamber of Commerce, the Longview Area Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Ken is a member of the Lions Club, Texas Country Hall of Fame Advisory Board, and the Panola Development Foundation
